1. Return & Exchange Policy
Our return period is 15 days from delivery. Items returned within this time are eligible for a refund. Customized items cannot be returned.
For returns due to reasons not our fault (e.g., fit, change of mind), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. A restocking fee (20%-50%) may apply.
If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately.
For faster help with a return or exchange, please email your order number, contact info, and photos/videos of the issue. Keep all items and packaging until your case is closed.
Please note: Final sale, handcrafted items may have slight variations from product images. Please consider this before purchasing.
2. RMA Number Required
A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. One RMA is issued per order. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Request an RMA by contacting Shirees Support within the return period. Each RMA is valid for 15 days from issue. The RMA number will be sent by email.
3. How to Return
Before returning, contact us for instructions and the correct return address. All refund returns must be authorized by Shirees within 15 days of delivery and have a valid RMA.
Items must be returned in original, resalable condition. The refund process begins once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
While fit issues are generally not our responsibility, we may contribute up to 20% of the item price toward local alteration costs.
The following cannot be returned/rushed orders, insurance, virtual products, tips, lingerie, color swatches, disposable items.
Our shipping fees are subsidized. In case of a refund, actual shipping, packaging, and labor costs will be deducted.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, first check with your bank/card company. Then contact us at service@shirees.com if needed.
6. Exchanges
We only exchange items that arrive damaged or defective. To request an exchange, contact service@shirees.com within 15 days of purchase.
7. Gifts
If the item was a gift shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit upon return. Otherwise, the refund goes to the original purchaser.
