We offer home delivery to multiple locations in the United States（Except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico). We do not ship to P.O. boxes addresses and Military APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

SHIPPING TIMELINES:

Total Delivery Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time.

Economic Shipping = 3-6 Tailoring DAYS + 10-15 Shipping Days

Standard Shipping = 3-6 Tailoring DAYS + 5-9 Shipping Days

Express Shipping = 3-6 Tailoring DAYS + 3-5 Shpping Days

Each item has a unique processing or production time, it usually takes 3-7 days to finish your product. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information (if applicable) once your order ships.

If you need your order sooner, we do offer expedited shipping on select orders. To know the shipping fee, please contact us by service@shirees.com.

Returns Policy

When you receive item(s) that is defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. For faster assistance with a return or exchange claim, please email us with your order number, contact information, photos, and videos concerning the damages or flaws(if applicable). Please keep all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved. Our policy lasts 30 days. You can get refund when you return your item(s) within 30 days.

What items can I return or exchange?

All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint and hair. Merchandise must be in its original packaging with all tags attached or cellophane wrap/seals intact. Once any tag has been removed, an item cannot be returned.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

For issues (e.g fit issue, dislike, buy 2 and try both but only keep one, etc.) which are not caused by us, buyer should bear forth and return shipping cost. Some restocking fee will be also charged (20%-50% based on the actual issue).

Unlike wrong size, fit issue is usually not caused by the seller. But to offer better service, we will cover a partial alteration cost at a local tailor shop (no more than 20% of the product purchased price).
